What is Boho Botanist’s Shipping Policy?

Delivery time: We strive to deliver products purchased from Boho Botanist in excellent condition and within 2 - 5 business days.
Shipping fees: Shipping is free on orders of ₹499 and above; for orders below ₹499 we charge a shipping fee of ₹40.
(Order value is after discounts; prices shown are inclusive of GST.)
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available where serviceable, with a ₹49 COD fee per order.
Tracking: Check My Orders on our website/app. We’ll also email your courier and tracking link after dispatch.

Cancel window: You can cancel from My Orders until the order status shows Packed (before courier handoff). Partial cancellations are not allowed.
After dispatch: Cancellation isn’t possible after dispatch. If the shipment is refused or undeliverable due to customer reasons (wrong address, unreachable, not available after re-attempts), it will be returned to origin, and no refund will be issued.

Online payments: We initiate within 2 business days of approval; banks/issuers typically credit within 4–10 business days.
COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI within 2 business days after you share details by email; may take 4–10 business days to reflect.
